Order Processing Times

At Todality.com, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch after placing your order. Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is officially in transit.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to higher order volumes.

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched. Estimated shipping times by region:

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, these factors are outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, contact us at info@todality.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If our system detects an address issue, we will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we strive for fast shipping, some delays are beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays (e.g., severe weather, transportation issues).
  • Customs processing (for international orders).
  • Address verification or payment issues.

If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated and assist where possible. However, Todality is not responsible for external shipping delays, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed off to the courier, it is out of our control. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Contact the courier to file a claim.
  3. Reach out to us at info@todality.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
