We stand by the effectiveness of our clippers and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not completely satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at info@todality.com.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once processing begins, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
  • If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@todality.com with clear photos of the damage.

  • Eligible damage includes: Defective or physically broken products.
  • Not considered damage: Dented boxes or packaging issues where the product remains intact.
  • If approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to ship your order quickly, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you enter an incorrect address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Failure to do so will result in no eligibility for a refund or resend.
